Summer Newsletter 2023 – From the Office

OPEN DAY – Huge success! Over 40 families came to visit the school. We received magnificent feedback about our wonderful children who gave guided tours of the school. Many parents spoke of how polite, knowledgeable and confident the children were.

LIBRARY – Upper school librarians have now been chosen. Lower School – “Tower College Authors” They have written books; they have been laminated and bound and are now on display in the library.

GCSEs – Busy with the children coming in and out of school for their GCSE exams. As always, they have treated office staff with courtesy and respect. We wish them well in their future endeavours.

TRIPS – Mrs Potter is busy invoicing for the many trips that are coming up, including Iceland, New York and Spain.

TRANSITION WEEK & MOVING-UP DAY – We welcomed our new Y7 pupils for September 2023 for a fun-filled transition week. All had fun, and firm friendships were made before starting in September. We also welcomed children from other year groups who will be starting with us this September for “Moving Up Day” There were smiles when leaving after meeting their new teachers and classmates. We look forward to our 38 new starters becoming part of the Tower College family this September.
